This page is to help members sell personal items to other members of the community. The HOA is not involved in this process, does not participate with the entering of data, and only provides this page for member use. Members are to understand their purchasing and selling is at their own. Listing must be maintained by the member who listed the the for sale, and removed immediately after it is sold. The HOA reserves the right to remove any item at any time for any reason
